Mimi Faust recently shared her difficult childhood experiences on Carlos King's podcast, "Reality With the King." The former "Love and Hip-Hop" star opened up about being raised in Scientology and being forced to leave at the young age of 13.

She recounted how her mother fully embraced Scientology, selling off their possessions and relocating to the organization's headquarters in Los Angeles. Faust lived there until she was pressured to sign a billion-year contract associated with the Sea Org.

At 13, Faust declined to sign the contract, leading to her expulsion from the organization. She left with just a small backpack, while her mother chose to remain behind.

Following her departure, Faust relied on the hospitality of classmates to have a place to stay, rotating between different homes for shelter. She described how she strategically sought out classmates with comfortable living situations to ensure she had a good meal and a place to wash up.

Faust has been vocal about her mother's Scientology involvement, even after her mother's passing in 2003. In a previous interview, Faust revealed that she resisted signing the contract when she was 17, leading to ongoing tension in her relationship with her mother.
