Reveal: Mimi Faust's Shocking Escape from Scientology Contract at 13
Mimi Faust recently shared her childhood experiences growing up in Scientology on Carlos King’s podcast. At 13, she was required to sign a billion-year contract tied to the Sea Org but refused, leading to her leaving the organization.
Faust described the contract as a lifelong commitment due to the belief in reincarnation. She left with just a small backpack and had to rely on classmates for shelter after being pushed out of the organization at a young age.
She recalled watching classmates who lived in comfortable homes and strategically stayed with them to ensure she had a good meal and a place to bathe. Faust's mother remained dedicated to Scientology until her passing in 2003.
In a previous interview, Faust mentioned visiting her mother at 17, where she was pressured once again to sign the contract. Despite the strain on their relationship, Faust stood firm in her decision to not sign.
