Sarah Ferguson recently checked herself into a luxury wellness clinic in Switzerland amid renewed attention on her past ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

The Duchess of York stayed at the clinic through January, as reported by the Daily Mail. Her ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, with whom she divorced in 1996, also faced scrutiny for his associations with Epstein.

Ferguson's companies are being dissolved following revelations about her past links to Epstein, with filings submitted to shut down several U.K.-registered businesses.

A spokesperson for Ferguson clarified that an email she sent about Epstein was in response to a defamation threat from him, expressing regret over her past association with him.

Prince Andrew's Legal Issues

Prince Andrew was arrested for alleged misconduct in public office, with authorities investigating whether he shared confidential information with Epstein during his time as a U.K. trade envoy.

King Charles III expressed concern over Andrew's situation, emphasizing the need for a fair investigation. Andrew has not publicly addressed the allegations, while Ferguson has not commented on his arrest.

Changes in Living Arrangements

Ferguson is seeking a new residence after Buckingham Palace announced the removal of Prince Andrew's titles and honors due to his connections with Epstein.

In October 2025, Andrew was stripped of his royal titles. He stated that the ongoing accusations against him were a distraction and reaffirmed his decision to step back from public life.
