Kenya Moore Faces $87K Court Order Over Hair Spa Rent Dispute
Kenya Moore’s Atlanta hair salon faces financial difficulties following a court order to settle a dispute over unpaid rent and utilities. The court directed Moore Vision Media, tied to the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, to pay $87,976 in total by specific deadlines, with monthly rent payments thereafter.
The lawsuit, filed in October 2025 by Northland Chamblee LLC, the property's landlord, claimed that Kenya Moore Hair Spa stopped paying rent in December 2024, falling behind on rent and utilities. The court has yet to rule on the landlord’s request for immediate possession of the property.
Kenya Moore opened her salon in Atlanta in 2024. In response to the lawsuit, her company denied the allegations, contending that the landlord failed to complete necessary property improvements. The legal proceedings are ongoing.
Following the court's payment order, the first required installment was reportedly missed by Moore's company, prompting the landlord to demand possession of the property. The situation remains unresolved as both parties await further court decisions.
