Caught on Camera: Driver's Sneaky Move Stuns Onlookers

A man was surprised when he saw a traffic camera flash as he drove past it.

He was driving below the speed limit, but the camera flashed, making him turn around and pass it again at an even slower speed.

Despite driving slowly, the camera flashed each time he passed it, frustrating the man.

Assuming the camera was broken, he drove home. However, he later received three tickets in the mail for not wearing his seatbelt.
