Blac Chyna Fires Back with Huge Legal Move Against Twin Hector
The legal dispute between Angela White, also known as Blac Chyna, and her former partner Twin Hector has progressed to a new stage with a cross-complaint filed by Chyna seeking at least $20 million from Hector. This comes in response to a $10 million lawsuit Hector filed against her in 2024, accusing her of domestic abuse.
Chyna denies being the aggressor in their three-year relationship, citing one instance of physical contact as a defensive response to prevent further harm after Hector allegedly hit her. Her legal team argues that her actions were necessary self-defense.
A significant part of Chyna’s $20 million claim is based on four alleged violations of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) they signed, each carrying a $5 million penalty. One breach involves Hector mentioning her in his music, with Chyna pointing to specific lyrics as evidence of this violation.
Additionally, Chyna accuses Hector of breaching the NDA by divulging private family information on a talk show and by creating and selling merchandise that pits them against each other for profit.
Hector’s Defense and Past Allegations
Hector's legal representative, Kirk Edward Schenck, asserts his client’s innocence, labeling Chyna's cross-complaint as a diversion from her alleged violence. He maintains that Hector is the victim in the situation and describes him as a gentleman.
The original 2024 lawsuit by Hector detailed a troubled relationship, alleging a 2021 incident where Chyna purportedly attacked him while he slept using physical force.
Legal Standoff
With both parties now seeking significant damages, the case remains a complex legal matter marked by conflicting narratives of their past together.
