Reality TV personality Kim Zolciak recently refuted claims that she had been stripped of parental rights. She clarified on her Instagram Story that she has not lost custody of her four children with ex-husband Kroy Biermann.

Zolciak explained that she signed a temporary custody order in January, requiring counseling sessions. Due to work commitments abroad, she missed these sessions, leading to her children staying with Biermann temporarily during spring break.

Disputing reports that she wouldn't see her kids until April 13, Zolciak emphasized that her legal status as a parent remains unchanged. She expressed frustration over what she described as false information being circulated.

She assured followers that her parenting time would resume once her counseling sessions are completed. Zolciak made it clear that the current situation is part of an existing arrangement and not a new legal restriction.
