Zolciak explained that she signed a temporary custody order in January, requiring her and Biermann to attend counseling sessions. She was away for work from February to March, causing her to miss these sessions. The children staying with Biermann during this time was part of their existing parenting schedule, not a new legal action.

After TMZ reported that she wouldn't see her kids until April 13 based on court documents, Zolciak refuted the claim, emphasizing that her custody status remains unchanged. She confirmed that she will resume parenting time as scheduled once the children return.
