Reid Wiseman's Family Life

Reid and Carroll were married in 2003 and had two daughters, Katie and Ellie. Tragically, Carroll lost her life to cancer at the age of 46 in 2020. Reid has been raising their daughters solo since then, considering it both his greatest challenge and most rewarding phase of life.

Prior to the Artemis II mission, Reid made preparations for his daughters in case of his demise during the space journey. He emphasized the importance of open communication within families, urging others to have such conversations as part of their daily lives.
