A former aide shared some delightful memories ahead of what would have been Queen Elizabeth's 100th birthday.

Angela Kelly, the queen's personal stylist and dresser from 1994 until her passing in 2022, revealed that Her Majesty was a fan of the Swedish pop group ABBA.

According to Angela, Queen Elizabeth enjoyed listening to the Terry Wogan show on Radio 2 every morning. She particularly loved the song 'Dancing Queen' by ABBA and would dance along with Angela when it played.

Angela disclosed to Vanity Fair that the queen would sing and dance to the music, creating cherished moments of relaxation for both of them.

During her 28 years working for the monarch, Angela Kelly and Queen Elizabeth formed a close bond. Angela, known as "AK-47" due to her influence, was credited with revitalizing the queen's iconic wardrobe.

Angela even playfully suggested to the queen once to show off her good legs, resulting in raised hems for her dresses.

Queen Elizabeth, known for her vibrant dresses and matching hats, was always dressed by Angela, even for her final journey to Windsor Castle after her passing at the age of 96.

In recognition of her dedicated service to the royals, Angela Kelly received prestigious royal honors over the years, including becoming a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order in 2023.

Angela fondly expressed, "The Queen was my best friend, and I miss her every day."
