Social media users were abuzz when rapper Lil Tjay was taken into police custody on Monday evening for disorderly conduct-affray in Broward County Jail.

Police reported an altercation involving Tjay just before Offset was shot in Seminole. Although another individual was detained at the scene, no charges have been pressed so far.

Lil Tjay, 24, was released on a $500 bond but has not commented publicly on the incident. Offset, who was shot near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, is in stable condition at a nearby hospital.

Offset's spokesperson reassured fans of his well-being, while Lil Tjay's legal team promptly denied any involvement in the shooting, emphasizing that he was not charged or harmed in the incident.

Authorities confirmed the incident at the hotel's valet area, where one person sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital. Two individuals were detained, and the situation is now deemed under control with no ongoing threat.
