Celeb Offset in Stable Condition After Casino Shooting, Suspects in Custody

Offset is currently in stable condition after being shot outside a popular Florida casino.

The incident occurred near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL on Monday (April 6). Initially reported as "fine," Offset's representatives later confirmed that he is receiving medical care at the hospital and is stable.

Witnesses saw Offset inside the casino around 7:10 p.m. EST, interacting with fans near the valet area. Moments later, gunfire erupted near the valet area.

Police confirmed that the incident resulted in non-life threatening injuries to an individual who was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood. Two suspects have been detained, and the investigation is ongoing.

Quavo, another member of Migos, reacted to the news on Instagram with a prayer hands emoji. The incident follows the fatal shooting of the third Migos member, Takeoff, in November 2022.

The details of the shooting are still under investigation by the Seminole County Police. DJ Akademiks claimed that rapper Lil Tjay's team indicated he was on the scene and may have been in custody.
