Supermodel Cindy Crawford’s adult son, Presley Gerber, died Sunday at a rehab facility, according to a report. He was 27.

Gerber’s family representative confirmed to TMZ that he died Sunday and asked for privacy for his mom, dad Rande Gerber and model sister Kaia Gerber.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner said he died at a rehab facility.
