Heidi Klum’s Halloween costume this year is giving grotesque.

The supermodel gave a sneak peek Saturday at her elaborate costume ahead of her annual Halloween party. The close-up shot on Instagram didn’t give away much, but appeared to be slimy and was definitely not pleasing to the eye.

Klum, 53, wrote, “What’s my costume?🤪 One week to go…. 🫆🔎👻🎃🧛🏻‍♀️😱🩸🦇🕸️ #HeidiHalloween.”

Fans tried to guess what her costume was in the comments, throwing out everything from the coral reef in St. Barts to the mushroom zombie in “The Last Of Us.”

“Looks like organs,” one fan noted.

“Something under water 🤿🪸,” another fan guessed.

Klum is known for her mind-boggling transformations every Halloween, which takes both total commitment on her part and plenty of hours of makeup and time spent making her costume.

Last year she hosted her 24th annual Halloween Party at the Hard Rock Hotel New York and hit her own red carpet dressed as the Greek mythological figure Medusa alongside her husband Tom Kaulitz, who was dressed as a concrete soldier.

Her hand-painted costume was highlighted by green scales that extended into a rattlesnake’s tail and animatronic snakes in place of her hair.

The mother of four has recently been posting throwback pics of her iconic costumes over the years as a countdown to her Halloween party, which includes dressing up as a worm, an old lady, an alien, a peacock, E.T., a skinless human body, and more outrageous get-ups.

On Saturday, she shared video on her Instagram Stories of herself browsing a fabric store, presumably for her costume.

Last month, Klum told People she was already working on her Halloween getup and gave a hint about what it could be.

“It goes very well with red wine,” she told the outlet. “It’s very, very bloody.”

“A great glass of wine is always fun… and most of the time you think of something gory when you have a blood transfusion bag,” she also shared. “That’s what Halloween is all about. We go gory, and we go there.”
