Kim Kardashian went under the knife after receiving her esophagitis diagnosis.

In Thursday’s preview of next week’s episode of “The Kardashians,” the reality star revealed she underwent surgery to “cut out … irregularities” in her esophagus.

The Skims creator, 46, received her diagnosis earlier in the episode.

“I’ve been feeling a little off lately,” Kardashian said in a confessional. “My throat is, like, killing me today.”

Her doctor said she “had a little bit of inflammation of the esophagus,” adding, “I would suggest starting a medication, then come for a procedure where we could look at it and we can determine what we’re dealing with and if we really need to do anything or not.”

Kardashian noted she didn’t “tell too many people about” this because her late father, Robert Kardashian Sr., died of esophageal cancer in 2003 at 59.

Esophagitis, notably, is linked to the disease, as Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), the most common cause of esophagitis, can lead to esophageal cancer, according to MayoClinic.

“[The diagnosis is] something that really hits home for me,” Kardashian told viewers. “I just don’t really want to go there with my dad having passed away from esophagus cancer.

“Hopefully I can just take medication and this will go away,” the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum continued. “But I just don’t know what’s gonna happen.”

Kardashian’s diagnosis first made headlines when the Season 8 trailer for her family’s show came out in September.

The businesswoman told someone off camera that she has “something called esophagitis,” and the individual asked, “Didn’t your father… isn’t that what he died of?”

Kardashian confirmed, “Yeah.”

Last month’s clip then cut to her mom, Kris Jenner, saying, “I can’t. … It makes me want to cry.”

The “All’s Fair” actress documented another health scare on the previous season of “The Kardashians,” with doctors finding a “little” brain aneurysm during an MRI scan caused by “stress.”

Kardashian shared her hopeful mindset at the time, insisting, “Everything works out.”
